General conditions - Escorted coach tours

Reservation / bookings

All reservations / bookings should be made in writing through Azur Tours travel agency.
Rooming lists should reach Azur Tours at least 10 days prior beginning of the tour or programme.
All additional bookings are on request and need to be reconfirmed.

Disabled persons

Any person who cannot travel independently or who needs any form of assistance must be accompanied by a companion who will be able to assist this person.

Cancellation fees

• up to 30 days prior to departure 10% of the total price
• 29-22 days prior to departure 30% of the total price
• 21-15 days prior to departure 40% of the total price
• 14-8 days prior to departure 80% of the total price
• 7-0 days prior to and after departure 100% of the total price.

All cancellations must be in writing.

Refund claims

All claims must be submitted to Azur Tours incoming team during the tour by a tour guide/representative or partner itself in order to try to solve the problem on spot. If the problem isn't solved claims should be submitted to Azur Tours in writing within 8 days of the completion of the tour or programme.

Azur Tours Liability

In all cases wherein Azur Tours is rendering services (i. e. providing vehicles or transportation, meals, guides, tickets, etc.) it is acting solely as an agent or intermediary for the owners or contractors. Neither the Management of Azur Tours, nor that of any of its offices, shall be or become liable or responsible in any way for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in covering out the arrangements of the tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangers, incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, pilferage, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any causes beyond Azur Tours’ control, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas or other documents. Azur Tours cannot accept responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any tour passenger should such person’s health or general deportment impede the operation of the tour to the detriment of other passengers. Furthermore, vouchers or tickets issued are subject to all laws, conditions and regulations as imposed by local authorities and governmental administration in countries visited. Under no condition will any liability en excess of that dictated by law be recognized.
